YOGA
Yoga literally means to ‘unite’. A state of being where the individual experiences a union with Existence, the Self and with God. This ancient spiritual science also gives methods and technologies to reach that state.
It is a discipline that includes breath control, meditation, and the adoption of specific, simple bodily postures. It is widely practiced for health and relaxation. As a spiritual practice it helps to strengthen and unite the mind and body which ultimately is the goal to experience the Self, the highest reality.
